At Mongoose, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-Refundable Costs

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange for another size within 14 days, subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the item.

Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement if applicable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us through email at contact@shopmongoose.com or through Instagram at @shop.mongoose.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and photos if the item is damaged. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days.
